By using 3DTrax Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

3DTrax Pro is a production management application for 3D printing businesses. Features include order management, print queue tracking, file management, and inventory tracking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Billing

3DTrax Pro offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with other users use of the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into 3DTrax Pro. We claim no ownership rights to your production data, designs, or business information.

7. Limitation of Liability

3DTrax Pro is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
